More than an abstract concept, social responsibility is a daily practice! In agap2, we have voluntarily chosen to integrate social and environmental areas of our business.
The quality and transparency of our management and our communications employees, customers and partners is paramount to us. But social responsibility is not only employees and customers agap2, it involves all those around near and farsociety.

THE AGAPIENS
The welfare of our employees is our primary concern. agap2 differentiates itself by its state of mind. In a consulting firm where consultants are working mostly with our clients, the information must flow agap2 so fluid and simple. So at a time when virtual communication has an important place, agap2 prefer paper and meetings: Internal Journal "The agaptualité 'Workshop, Last Thursday, Breakfast Integration, Com'Point,etc.. The teams of consultants that managent engineers never exceed 20 business agapiens to foster close and listening. Our network structure is our strength.
FACE
An association serving the professional reintegration!
Since June 2009, agap2 has partnered with the association FACE (FoundationAgainst The Exclusion Act). Created in 1993, this Association Act 1901 now has a network of over 3500 companies with a common goal to fight against social exclusion, promoting equality of opportunity and privilege the social mix. This network of companies engaged in socially engaged concrete action to enable its 6,000 members in need of professional benefit from a return to employment.
Vocational rehabilitation and recovery work is a priority for us. Therefore agap2 decided to get involved in these personalized support to empower our godchildren and efficient in their job search
For methodological support (help in drafting resumes and cover letter,preparing for job interviews, ...) the godparents to their godchildren agapiens a company all successful integration professional development.The goal is to help the recovery of confidence, listening, and energize our referrals to alert them to return in a professional environment often considered inaccessible.
CHARTER FOR SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT
Our activities consume energy (electricity, gas, etc..), Consumables (paper, ink, etc..), Water ...
We want every employee in agap2 undertakes to adopt simple acts of eco-responsibility in connection with its activities.
We have implemented a sustainable development charter for the whole society. These gestures, more than advice, can extend within agap2 behavior eco-citizens that we have adopted in our personal lives.

SPONSORSHIP OF YOUTH SPORTS
Agap2 supports a young female handball team!
By daring to compare with the sport, we can consider ourselves as a team.This team, like the one we support in Saint Avertin (37), must seek excellence, it must be able to excel, grow, and above all to enjoy. agap2 has one goal: success.
This year 2009-2010, the team handball Saint Avertin (37, Indre et Loire)has 14 players in less than 17 years. They evolve in county championshipand participate in various tournaments including the "Cup 37" whichstarts this Saturday, January 23. In 2009, the team finished 2nd in thecounty rankings. We wish them good luck for 2010!
CHRISTMAS SOLIDARITY
agap2 Lisbon is proud to donate the money allocated each year for Christmas giftsfor employees, to a charity. This year, donations agap2 Lisbon will permit the construction of three schools in Mozambique.
Greeting cards are sent before the New Year (this year, the greeting card is a puzzle image of Mozambique) to raise awareness to our customers, suppliers and partners to support our action.
