I joined agap2 in September 2015 as Quality Project Manager in the Pharmacovigilance (PV) department of a leading laboratory.
In this team I’m in charge of Quality Assurance activities, such as monitoring Corrective And Preventive Action (CAPA) and deviations, keeping quality indicators in the green, and helping with audits and inspections. Risk management is also very much within the remit of this department, and my contribution in this respect is to issue additional risk reduction measures, which are documents put at the disposal of healthcare professionals, the medical profession and patients.
I’ve been doing this job for nearly 3 years now, and the diversity of my professional relationships (i.e. my daily collaboration with the clinical operations, medical information, medical directorate and regulatory departments…) and personal relationships is very rewarding.
This laboratory is strongly focused on innovation, and therefore a great school. agap2 did a great job of targeting my requirements, and helping me to reach my full potential in this position.
Thank you to the Life Sciences team!
