How can we express ourselves freely?
agap2 has set up a professional alert mechanism open to all company employees and external contractors.
This alert mechanism facilitates the confidential reporting of serious acts and violations that are contrary to the legislation in force—and which could therefore constitute a criminal or civil offence—or otherwise contrary to ethical behaviour.
This alert mechanism may be used in all situations, e.g. when the classic channel of alerting one’s superior, either directly or indirectly, is infeasible. The use of this mechanism is thus entirely optional.
In order to facilitate alert processing, the person raising the alert is encouraged to identify himself/herself.
How can an alert be launched?
