As a graduate of Epitech, I joined the ranks of agap2 IT, as it is a company that really puts the emphasis on what, for me, is a vital element nowadays: humanity. At agap2 IT, it is not just a question of technical skills, the people-focused and interpersonal aspect has an essential role in every discussion. Being well looked after, monitored and supported throughout the various projects ensures fulfilment at work, something that seems to be neglected in the various entrepreneurial systems nowadays. This is where the strength of agap2 IT lies, and this is what convinced me to join and start my journey in the world of work.
