Available as an internship or as part of a work-study course (bachelor’s degree to Masters degree) for graduates of engineering or business schools, the position of Business Partner will enable you to play a key role in the development of agap2’s activities through various recruitment and Business Development assignments:

You will be constantly interacting with a wide range of people: expert engineers, business development engineers and clients. Your role requires a strong ability to understand and adapt. You must be able to quickly identify both clients’ needs and candidates’ expectations, in order to propose relevant solutions and build long-term relationships based on trust.
The role is based in a fast-paced, hands-on environment, where priorities may change depending on projects and market conditions. You will learn to organise your work, manage several tasks simultaneously and respond quickly, whilst working closely with your team.
You contribute to projects across diverse technical and industrial sectors, where curiosity, active listening, and a willingness to understand complex environments are essential.

Stage 1: discussion with the recruitment team
This involves an initial discussion, by telephone or face-to-face, to validate the essential points of the job together and to ensure that your expectations match the role of Business Partner.
Stage 2: Interview with your future coach
This interview with your future manager gives you an opportunity to find out more about the day-to-day workings of the job, to find out more about your career path and aspirations, and to confirm our mutual desire to work together.
Stage 3: meeting with a member of the operational staff
The recruitment process concludes with a discussion with a member of the operational staff: your future mentor and/or Business Unit or agency manager. The purpose of this interview is to give you a clearer picture of our organisation, the expectations linked to the job, as well as the prospects for development and career opportunities at agap2.
