Select and recruit engineers to make up a team of consultants. These are the people who will help you support your customers in their projects.
On average, a business engineer manages a team of 10 to 12 consultants after one year in business.
Go and meet your prospects to discover opportunities for your consultants. In this way, you will develop your business by guaranteeing the follow-up and success of these technical projects, in liaison with your customers and in a variety of sectors from nuclear, energy and environment, life sciences and sustainable mobility to aeronautics, space, defence, construction and civil engineering.
You’re in charge! You build and manage your own activity. You are responsible for the development strategy for your area, taking into account growth sectors and the profitability of your business.
As a manager, you support your team on a daily basis. You are responsible for their career development. That’s why you make sure they achieve their objectives and monitor their training and skills development so that they can move on to new and ever more challenging projects.
As you develop, you’ll be recruiting and mentoring business engineers yourself, helping them to succeed by giving them the benefit of your experience in the business. Knowing how to motivate, pass on knowledge and guide others are the qualities needed to become a good coach!
On average, our business engineers become coaches 18 months after starting their activity.

Stage 1: discussion with the recruitment team
This involves an initial discussion, by telephone or face-to-face, to validate the essential points of the job together and to ensure that your expectations match the role of business engineer.
Stage 2: Interview with your future coach or Business Unit Manager
This interview with your future manager gives you an opportunity to find out more about the day-to-day aspects of the job, in particular through a role-playing exercise, and to confirm our mutual desire to work together.
Stage 3: final interview(s) with management
