Stage 1: telephone prequalification interview
This discussion, held over the phone with a manager and/or a specialist HR consultant, enables us to validate the key points of your career path and to check that your expectations match what we can offer you, before scheduling an initial interview.
Intermediate stage: filling in a skills file
Before your first interview, we ask all candidates to complete a skills file. This document is an integral part of our recruitment process, enabling us to prepare for the interview as effectively as possible and to plan the next stage of the process.
Stage2: the first interview with a manager and/or HR specialist
This interview, which lasts an average of one hour, is a time for in-depth discussion about your career path and your career aspirations. It gives us a better understanding of what you’ve achieved, what you’re capable of doing today and what you want your career to look like in the future.
It’s also an opportunity to introduce you to agap2 and the job of consultant.
The aim of this interview is to validate both your technical skills and our mutual desire to work together.
Intermediate stage: checking the candidate’s professional references
Following this initial interview, and before moving forward with the recruitment process, we systematically follow up references in order to gain a better understanding of the candidate’s background, working methods and human qualities.
