100 components analyzed: conducting a Gap Analysis for French sites
Over 40 specifications migrated: data preparation and migration for the Frankfurt site, leading up to Go-Live
Context and key issues
As part of its digital transformation, Sanofi is rolling out a solution to harmonize and digitize the management of primary packaging specifications for injectable products. This initiative involves several international sites, each with its own processes, systems, operational constraints, and local requirements. The project's success therefore depends on the ability to deploy a common model while accounting for the specificities of each site. Beyond the tool itself, the project has a major human and organizational dimension. Team buy-in at the local level, seamless communication, and high-quality coordination are essential to ensure the new solution is fully adopted.
Prepare sites by assessing their readiness levels and specific constraints.
Analyze gaps between existing processes and the target model.
Secure data through the preparation and migration of packaging specifications.
Manage the rollout by tracking KPIs, action items, risks, and Change Controls.
Support teams through change management and Go-Live preparation.
Tailor the deployment to each site through international coordination, English-language communication, site visits, and personalized training.
Harmonization of practices and processes across different sites
Secure migration of specifications and data to a common digital solution
Control of risks, gaps, and GMP requirements throughout the deployment
Increased adoption of the solution through international coordination, training, and support for local teams.
