A partnership for a positive impact

At agap2, we are convinced that companies can play an essential role in social and environmental transformation. That’s why we’re proud to announce our partnership with the application Vendredi, a CSR platform that brings together companies, employees and associations to meet the challenges of tomorrow. This partnership enables our consultants to get involved in skills sponsorship projects, while putting their expertise to good use and supporting charitable causes.

A social and environmental commitment through skills sponsorship

Thanks to this partnership, agap2 consultants now have the opportunity to devote time to assignments for good causes. Vendredi gives access to over 2,000 associations working on social and environmental issues. From a few hours to several days, remotely or face-to-face, our employees can take on a variety of assignments, providing specific skills to associations in need of support.

Consultants can work in a variety of fields, including:

• Project diagnosis and development.
• Coaching for association teams.
• Taking care of specific one-off needs, adapted to their professional skills, etc.

This initiative combines business expertise and personal commitment while strengthening the social impact of our employees.

Focus on two skills sponsorship projects carried out by our consultants

For over four months now, our consultants who are in between projects have had the opportunity to take part in skills sponsorship projects via the Vendredi platform. To date, 46 associations have benefited from their expertise. Here are two concrete examples of our commitment:

Philippe and the Younus Academy

Philippe, an agap2 consultant, contributed to the Younus Academy in Bordeaux, an association that offers tutoring as well as fun, sporting and educational activities for young people. For four half-days, Philippe used his skills to help the academy set up a question box, known as the "why box", where children can freely post their questions. These questions are then discussed in workshops, stimulating young people’s curiosity and learning.

Kokrobissa and Fermes d'Avenir

Kokrobissa lent his support to Fermes d'Avenir, an association working to accelerate the agricultural transition in France. Thanks to his expertise in VBA (Visual Basic for Applications), Kokrobissa automated an Excel file that was crucial for the association. This automation has made it easier to manage the costing of sustainable agricultural practices, enabling the association to become more efficient and increase its impact in the preservation of the association’s common assets.

Thanks to Vendredi, our Agapians between projects can access a wide variety of initiatives for good causes in just a few clicks. This access enables them to combine personal development and support for associations while strengthening their skills in an inclusive setting.
