Our initiatives for good causes

A solid framework so that everyone can get involved

agap2 is based on a committed CSR policy and concrete measures deployed as close as possible to our teams. Internal networks, initiatives for good causes and transparent management practices form a common framework based on respect, equity and cooperation. This environment fosters commitment, responsibility and trust.

A respectful and inclusive working environment

Inclusion is a team effort. We create a working environment where everyone can express themselves, develop and cooperate with confidence.
This foundation is being strengthened by a number of specific initiatives:

agap2dream

Within our teams, there are Agapians who want to improve our daily lives, protect our environment, and promote culture… Since the beginning of the agap2 adventure, we’ve encouraged our teams to participate in these kinds of initiatives—and even to launch them. To that end, we created agap2dream in 2020. It’s a national call for proposals that invites our employees to bring their humanitarian, community service, artistic, and nonprofit projects to life…‍

Our goal? To give them the means to achieve their ambitions! Specifically, every year we support and guide three of them in bringing their projects to fruition! ‍‍

agap2act

In 2020, we launched agap2act, a charitable program to support causes that are important to us: education, disability, the environment, and health.‍

  • Fondation ARC : We support the development of biological tests aimed at better tailoring therapies for people with cancer.
  • Handicap International : We help provide school kits distributed as part of inclusive education projects.
  • Planète Urgence : We support international reforestation projects aimed at preserving ecosystems and the climate.

Through every project led by our consultants, agap2 contributes to supporting an association or foundation chosen by our partner from among our three partner organizations.

Agapiennes Network

To unlock the potential of our female employees and promote gender diversity within our company, we’ve launched an internal network exclusively for women: Agapiennes.‍

Did you know that 81% of French people believe women face far more barriers than men when it comes to succeeding in the professional world? Or that about 1 in 3 engineers is a woman?‍

The numbers speak for themselves: women’s voices need to be amplified in the industrial and digital worlds. That’s why our network provides a space for discussion where women in the company can freely address the issues that matter most to them.‍‍

Cross-Project Solidarity Initiative

The period between projects may be seen as a time of uncertainty, but it is an integral part of the consulting profession. This time between projects is an opportunity to develop one’s skills, contribute to internal projects, and explore new horizons.‍

That’s why we launched the “Inter-Project” initiative: a program that allows our consultants to dedicate their time and skills to community service projects carried out in partnership with nonprofit organizations.

Concrete, ongoing CSR commitments

At agap2, internal policies are not forgotten files.
They structure our decisions and behaviour, and are adapted to the realities of the field, covering diversity, disability, the environment, IT, disconnection, ethics, road safety, etc.
Our CSR commitments are based on results, not intentions:

Gender equality

Index 88/100, target 90/100 by 2026, greater access to management positions.

Disability

Real support, €495,000 in expenditure on centres for rehabilitation through work (ESAT) in 2025, target of doubling the number of employees with RQTH (recognition of disabled worker status) by 2030.

Safety

Accident frequency rate of 1.96 in 2025.

1,200 employees trained in accident prevention.

Solidarity

750 days of philanthropy in 2025 including sponsorship, donations and projects supported. Each initiative corresponds to real action carried out by our employees.

Environment

In 2025, 2.9 tCO2eq/employee; clear objectives (-30% by 2030), soft mobility policy applied, no declaration required.

What it changes

By supporting initiatives, guiding each career path and cultivating close relationships, we are turning our collective efforts into a real force, capable of sustaining our projects and commitments over the long term.

Our performance is based not just on our skills, but on the quality of the environment we build together.
