To help students better prepare for the realities of the world of work, agap2 has just signed a partnership agreement with CESI, an engineering school with 25 campuses across France. This collaboration is part of our approach to build strong links with schools, offering students real opportunities to develop their professional and technical skills.
At agap2, we are convinced that partnerships between companies and schools are essential if we are to prepare tomorrow’s talent as effectively as possible. By working hand in hand with schools like CESI, our aim is to develop apprenticeship programmes so that they are more closely aligned with the needs of the world of work. This kind of partnership reduces the gap between what companies expect and the skills developed during the courses, especially in the technical and engineering fields.
Future engineers trained at CESI benefit from innovative teaching methods. In return, we offer them an insight into the day-to-day workings of industrial projects, with all their technical challenges, performance targets and opportunities for innovation. This partnership is therefore a great way of aligning their skills with the needs of the market.
As part of this partnership with CESI, agap2 will be carrying out concrete action for students. Our dedicated school relations teams are present in every agap2 agency in France. Their mission? Organising and taking part in student events throughout the year. Here are a few examples:
One of the great advantages of this partnership with CESI is that it extends to all 25 of the school’s campuses in France. In this way, each agap2 agency throughout France will be able to offer initiatives tailored to the needs of the students in each region. This gives us more opportunities to meet students, talk to them at school and offer them work placements or work-study placements to strengthen our exchanges with them.
For agap2, this partnership with CESI is much more than just cooperation. It’s a real opportunity to help build a promising professional future for tomorrow’s engineers and specialists. Massimo Pistillo, Business Development Manager for the Paris region, will be one of the main contacts for this collaboration, working directly with the CESI teams to design initiatives that will strengthen this partnership.
In short, this partnership with CESI is perfectly aligned with our vision of excellent training that prepares students for the realities of the professional world. This is an important step for us, and we can’t wait to see what this collaboration will bring, both for the students and for agap2, as part of our ongoing commitment to a lasting and rewarding school-business relationship.
