agap2dream: discover our Agapians’ inspiring projects for 2025!
Supporting the initiatives for good causes organised by our Agapians
As part of the call for projects for our 4th edition of agap2dream, we have selected the three new projects put forward by our employees that we will be supporting throughout 2025!
We are pleased to present the personal initiatives of our three employees.
Rémy, a consultant in Paris, is committed to furthering education in Togo:
Rémy, a consultant at the Paris agency, is actively committed beyond his project at agap2 as Chairman of the association Le Zèbre Jaune. His international humanitarian association promotes education, solidarity and sustainable development while encouraging cultural exchanges.
For 2025, Rémy has an ambitious project to open a bar-restaurant in Paris to support the 290 pupils of the Liahona school in Togo. The objective? To provide them with school kits (notebooks, pens, pencil cases, etc.) and carry out the work needed to provide a quality learning environment, thanks to the profits generated by the bar-restaurant.
This unique venue, designed as a space for sharing and camaraderie, will host regular cultural events and offer eco-responsible meals based on organic local produce.
In addition to education, this project will also have a direct social impact by creating opportunities for integration, apprenticeships and internships in the catering sector.
We will be supporting Rémy mainly by helping to fit out the bar-restaurant: financing the furniture and raw materials needed to run it, and getting our staff involved in the work (painting, decorating, etc.). At the same time, we will be supplying pens, notebooks and various agap2 goodies to make up the school kits for the pupils at the Liahona school.
Auguste, a consultant in Lyon, gives a second life to plastic waste:
As a consultant at the Lyon agency, Auguste is committed to exploiting the opportunities presented by the recycling of household and industrial waste, particularly plastics, which represent a major environmental challenge. Convinced that it is possible turn unused objects into something of value and at the same time reduce the volume of waste, he wants to take concrete action.
His project aims to collect plastic waste, particularly from 3D printing, to recycle it and give it a second life. The process he has devised includes sorting, shredding and melting plastics to produce new reusable reels for 3D printing, enabling the creation of objects for three French associations.
To make this initiative a reality, Auguste is planning to work with a solidarity FabLab that would provide him with the plastic waste from its 3D printers. This collaborative space would not only be an ideal setting for developing his project, but also an educational space for sharing the principles of manufacturing and recycling.
We will be supporting Auguste by financing the purchase of an extruder, which is essential to the success of his project.
Michael, agency manager in Cherbourg, pushes back the boundaries of inclusion
Michael, an agency manager in Cherbourg, is embarking on an extraordinary inclusive challenge: climbing Mount Toubkal, the highest peak in Morocco at 4,167 metres, alongside around 15 young people with physical and mental disabilities, an expedition scheduled for May 2025.
This ambitious project is being carried out in collaboration with the Alopias association, of which Michael is a member. For 15 years, this organisation, founded and chaired by Arnaud Chassery, has been organising inclusive, sporting and humanitarian expeditions. Arnaud Chassery, an unmatched adventurer, has achieved remarkable feats, such as climbing Kilimanjaro with Yann Jondot, a paraplegic mayor, an experience that led the latter to become an ambassador for accessibility in France.
The challenge will involve a team of around ten people, including medical staff, guides and photographers. For five or six days, Michael and his team will be using all-terrain wheelchairs to enable young people with disabilities to reach the summit of Mount Toubkal. This inspiring adventure will be immortalised in a documentary, which will be broadcast on Moroccan national channels, at conferences and at festivals.
As well as being a sporting feat, this project has strong values: promoting pushing ones limits, inclusion and environmental protection.
We will be supporting Michael in this initiative by funding some of the equipment needed to transport people with disabilities.
