Context and key issues
As part of SNCF Réseau's AINM (New Materials Infrastructure Agency) program, agap2 supports this project agency in adapting railway infrastructure (platforms, tracks, maintenance workshops) for the arrival of new self-propelled trainsets on several network lines. The intervention aims to structure and secure the overall management of the program, providing strategic and operational project owner assistance (aMOA) and general project management assistance (aMOEG) support on the strategic, operational, and governance dimensions of a complex, multi-stakeholder railway project.
