Context and key issues
As part of the construction of the IP13 incineration plant for Syctom, carried out by the VESA consortium (Vinci Energies and Fayat Energie), the Electricity & Energy package represented a major stake, with an investment of several hundred million euros. agap2 was involved on the construction side to ensure BIM continuity between the design and construction phases, interfacing with contractors and on-site teams, to guarantee compliant routing of installations, reliable documentation, and smooth management of interfaces.
