10 years of Agapian loyalty: three stories that build our own
10 years in the business and still keen to move forward
At agap2, celebrating 10 years of service is much more than just a professional anniversary. It means showcasing a lasting commitment, loyalty and a shared history. Ten years of adventure, challenges and progress: Nathalie, Ange and Wissam are among those who have been writing the agap2 story for a decade.
Cash collector consultant, branch manager and IT expert, they follow different paths but share a common thread: commitment and trust.
Through their personal testimony, they look back on their development, their key encounters and what growing at agap2 means to them.
What is your history at agap2?
- Nathalie: “I've been working as a cash collector for 10 years as a consultant for Thermodyn, a fast-growing company based in Le Creusot and a major industrial stakeholder specialising in industrial turbines.”
- Angel: “I started out as a business engineer in the energy sector, then broadened my scope to include Life Sciences, aeronautics, space and defence, before taking over as head of the Boulogne agency, and then the Lille agency, representing a total workforce of 545 people.”
- Wissam : “I joined agap2 as an IT asset manager for three agencies in the south of France and now I manage the IT assets for all the entities in the moOngy group, which employs 9500 people across Europe and to which agap2 belongs.”
What made you want to join agap2?
- Nathalie: “An international project where I could use foreign languages and develop my skills... I couldn't say no!”
- Angel: “The dynamism, versatility and career development opportunities were exactly what I was looking for to launch my career.”
- Wissam: "From my very first interview, I sensed a family spirit. I knew that the team would become my second family.”
An unforgettable memory from an agap2 event?
- Nathalie: “The event organised to launch the Tous agap2 in-house application in a venue with a great view of the Rhône and Fourvière near the Lyon offices: simple, fun and very friendly.”
- Angel: "The fancy dress parties! And the celebration of my symbolic 100th employee milestone. A real moment of pride.”
- Wissam: “My birthday was celebrated at a seminar in the mountains in 2017. A moment I’ll never forget.”
How would you describe your relationship with your managers?
- Nathalie: “Diverse and rewarding: several different styles that have allowed me to evolve and adapt.”
- Angel: "Above all, human. They mean more to me than just colleagues. I'm very proud of their success.”
- Wissam: “A relationship based on respect and trust.”
If you had to sum up these 10 years in three words, what would they be?
- Nathalie: “Speed - Fulfilment - Novelty.”
- Angel: “Challenging - Enriching - Fast.”
- Wissam: “Strength - Family - Smile.”
What advice would you give to someone new to agap2?
- Nathalie: “Take it seriously and be curious. That’s how we make progress.”
- Angel: “You have to realise that a lot of the work doesn’t pay off straight away. It’s a long-term process.”
- Wissam: “At agap2, we move forward together. Be efficient, respectful and self-confident... Welcome to the family!”
