In 2024, we supported almost 800 Agapians in their training, offering solutions tailored to their needs and ambitions.
Varied and accessible training pathways
To enable everyone to progress at their own pace and according to their own objectives, we have put in place a wide range of training courses:
- Workshops and webinars to share best practice and feedback
- Technical training (individual or group)
- agap2learn online platform, accessible at all times for flexible, autonomous learning
A digital platform for flexible learning
One of the strong points of our approach is our online training platform, agap2learn, which enables each employee to have an active role in their own professional development. On the programme:
- Personal development
- Software and IT (Autocad 3D, Catia V6, Creo Parametrics, etc.)
- Management and Leadership
- Foreign languages
Tailor-made technical and managerial training courses
Our employees have access to a wide range of training courses tailored to their specific needs:
- Management and Leadership to help our talented people move into positions of responsibility
- Professional tools and software (Primavera, Ms Project, Bim Revit, etc.) to master essential technologies
- Group technical sessions to meet the expectations of our customers and the challenges of the sector
We listen carefully to the needs of our Agapians, regularly consulting them so that we can offer targeted and effective training.
Sharing expertise at the heart of our approach
Because sharing knowledge is a valuable asset, we organise workshops and webinars where our consultants share their experience and best practice. These interactive sessions are an opportunity to learn together and create a strong collective dynamic.
agap2 has set up a number of initiatives to encourage the sharing of skills and strengthen our technical community. A Master Team of 45 expert engineers has been set up to support strategic projects and strengthen our Technical Department. Finally, a mentoring programme launched in 2023 via the agap2learn platform offers personalised support from more than 30 mentors, covering a range of needs such as professional development, integration or solving technical problems.
And in 2025?
We are pursuing our commitment by highlighting the sharing of expertise between our employees. Paris has led the way, and we intend to roll out this approach in all our agencies!
