As part of the BUS 2025 program, RATP is undertaking a major transformation of its bus fleet to become the first urban network operating exclusively on clean energy. This large-scale program involves the conversion of 4,700 buses, 80% of which will be electric and 20% running on natural gas. agap2 is supporting RATP with delegated project management for operational financial control, to ensure robust financial, contractual, and budgetary oversight of the program.
